I have 1 furnished room with a shared full bathroom available for rent (shared with one female). Close to Downtown Summerlin. Very conveniently located, near groceries, shopping, and Red Rock canyon. Rent is flat rate, and all utilities and WiFi are covered by me. Everything here is available to use and I cover all house and supply expenses (you basically just need to buy your own food). My home is fully furnished and you can use everything here and all shared spaces! I also provide all the house supplies for everyone at no extra cost (TP, soap, paper towels, etc) I have a storage unit close by and you have an option to use it. There is a laundry room inside which is also stocked. The community is gated, quiet, and has a large pool. My place is cute, clean, quiet, and you will feel at home here! I’m easy going and love the outdoors. If you think we’d make a good match, please message me a little bit about yourself and your anticipated move-in date. Looking to fill ASAP. I do run a background check through Transunion Smartmove (same platform that most apartments use). The fee is $40 and you pay and complete it yourself online (soft credit check only).
