The monthly rent is $609 with expenses ($13 for insurance and $6 for general use of other utilities like water and internet)(only gas and electricity you have to pay for yourself. Prices for that vary.) It's a good room overall in a nice quiet environment with 2 other roommates that are quiet and respectful, each in their own room. The room is available May 1st.
