Home is near the Mueller area the lovely Dottie Jordan park, as well as close proximity to Busty’s, Silver Medal, Austin Creative Reuse, and much more! It’s also on the 337 Metro route and surrounded with safe biking and walking routes. $950/mo with $800 deposit. Utilities are included. I have one cat (indoor/outdoor) who uses a cat door. I also have a 3-year-old child who will split time between mine and their dad’s homes. Roommate #2 has a 10-year old who also splits time with their dad and a puppy. We look forward to a roomie who doesn’t mind a couple really cool kids and is looking to have a chill, women-led environment packed with relaxing nights over good food and with good community.
