Located just north of downtown, the house is perfectly located for quick access to the hospitals, WPAFB, downtown Dayton, and the airport. There is easy access to shopping, grocers, and lots of outdoor parks and activities. Also close to the interstates. The ideal roommate should be down to earth, a non-smoker, and must LOVE DOGS! I have two friendly dogs that live with me. Pets will be accepted on a case by case basis. Sorry no cats.
