The room available is south facing 12.5x10 with large closet and vaulted ceiling. There is additional storage downstairs and an additional half bath downstairs that other roommate uses. -Washer/Dryer located downstairs.-Utilities are included in rental price. No cable-Additional storage is available in basement-Street parking in front of house.-Quiet neighborhood located across the street from a park in a cul-de-sac.-Includes discount to neighborhood golf course and pool.-Renter NOT responsible for yard or exterior maintenance.-Convenient to highway 36 and I-25.-Plenty of food/entertainment and grocery stores in the area.-Easy to go to Boulder and Denver (about 20 min drive) from the home.
