I am looking for a new roommate to [REDACTED] in a spacious 2-bed, 2-bath apartment (1035 sq. ft) in the heart of Costa Mesa with plenty of food, shopping and nightlife options. You will have your own private room and bathroom. We have a shared living room, dining space, kitchen, and large balcony. You will also have a reserved parking spot. Some of the apartment amenities include a laundry unit, pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, and yard. We are conveniently located next to the 55 and 405 freeways. We’re just 5 minutes away from the fairgrounds and 10 minutes away from Huntington Beach, Newport and Irvine!

My roommate an I are looking to fulfill our 3rd bedroom as our other roommate will be leaving. Apartment is located in Costa Mesa in a cul-de-sac just a couple minute drive from the Triangle. Super close to the freeway and just a 10 minute drive to the Newport pier.There are 2 bathrooms in the house with the main upstairs and a spare one downstairs. All bedrooms are upstairs.
