Here is a little about the place: -The lease starts in August and is for a year-Rent is $725 + ~$150 for utilities (down payment is only $300!)-Spacious 3br/2ba with a big backyard and lots of shed storage-Location is Hedrick Acres about 2 miles from the UA Tucson campus-Central AC and heat-Covered parking with car port-Washer and dryer in the backyard-Pet friendly with no pet fees and a fenced backyard great for small dogs-The common areas are furnished, the bedroom is unfurnished While the house has 3 bedrooms, I only plan to share the space with one other person. The spare bedroom can be used for storage or as private office/study space etc. I do have a small fish tank and some plants, but all well-behaved pets are welcome. I enjoy hiking, reading, baking, and playing video games. I am looking for a roommate that is respectful of common areas, open to clear communication, and is reasonably clean/quiet.
