We got a spare room around Loma Alta. The place is 1.5 miles from downtown Oceanside and 3 miles away from Carlsbad, in a very nice HOA with a pool, tennis and basketball court. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Bathroom is shared with another roommate. Rent is 1000 not including utilities, which is around 70-100. Deposit is one months rent. Hey I am looking for someone to fill a room next month. Rent is pretty affordable at 1000 plus utilities. The room comes with a parking spot for ease of access, in unit laundry, a shared garage for extra storage. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate.
