The rent includes everything- water, trash, sewer, electric, gas and the highest speed internet. The house is located on 3 acres in east canton with a huge patio, 2 bonfire pits, neighbors. (Hoping to get a hot tub and swimming pool this summer!) All appliances are brand new or less than 3 years old, new AC unit was installed this year as well so the house stays cool in the summer as well! The bedroom comes FULLY FURNISHED. There is a single bed, brand new pillows, brand new curtains, night stands, lamps, everything. If you need to use it, that’s great! If not, no worries because there’s tons of storage space in the basement. I have all the tv apps you could use, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, HBO, Paramount, you name it! Washer and Dryer in the basement, stainless steel stove, double door fridge, plenty of space for your belongings as well. I’d like to think I’m pretty laid back, I don’t smoke anything or do drugs. Unfortunately there are no pets allowed, but watching the sunset over the water everyday definitely makes up for it!
