Apartment has in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and two chill cats already living here. Right off the 606, walking distance to Humboldt Park and the California Blue Line. Rent is $1,810 total ($905 each). Looking for someone respectful and easygoing to share the space! 2br/1b lease starting june 1st!

I am renting out three rooms upstairs (girls only), which share a bathroom upstairs with two sinks, deep bathtub and rainfall shower. I do also have three cats - two 8mo olds and a 4 yo, all girls. It is a family neighborhood with a middle school a few minute walk away that has a full track and basketball courts. WIFI + all utilities included. Deposit is one month rent and is refundable.

I’m renting a large room, in my expansive 3 level three year old home. It’s total square footage is sq ft so it’s a lot better living than on Capitol Hill or SLU! My home is a years old and in South Beacon Hill! The room unfurnished is ten twenty or furnished is ten seventy. This is for a year lease. There is a $ refundable deposit required for move in. An additional months rent is also required towards the deposit. Rent does NOT include utilities.
