We got a spare room around Loma Alta. The place is 1.5 miles from downtown Oceanside and 3 miles away from Carlsbad, in a very nice HOA with a pool, tennis and basketball court. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Bathroom is shared with another roommate. Rent is 1000 not including utilities, which is around 70-100. Deposit is one months rent. Images are from Zillow so the room is a bit bigger and has hardwood flooring.

Hey I am looking for someone to fill a room next month. Rent is pretty affordable at 1000 plus utilities. The room comes with a parking spot for ease of access, in unit laundry, a shared garage for extra storage. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. We live in a nice HOA with amenities like a pool, hot tub, basketball court, and a tennis court. We are 8 mins away from the beach and less than 1 mile away from the I-5 for commuting ease. The complex is pet friendly and so are we(the landlord asks for a deposit and extra rent for animals).We are only looking for one roommate at the moment so please let me know if you’re interested in looking at the apartment. We’re probably gonna be able to show the room after Memorial Day since our current roommate is moving out to have a kid and start a family.
