We’re more like a small household than people simply renting separate rooms, so we’re hoping to find someone who is clean, respectful and easy-going. The room has been freshly painted and comes fully furnished with a queen bed, bedside table, lamp, tallboy, TV, ceiling fan and open built-in wardrobe space. Bathroom cleaning is rotated weekly, and a cleaner also comes once a month. Lawn maintenance is shared between the housemates. The house has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We occasionally have drinks or a BBQ, but this is not a party house. We’re looking for one person who is tidy, responsible, polite and respectful. No pets and no drugs. Visitors and occasional overnight guests are fine within reason, but the room is for one person only.
