We will split the electric and wifi bills 50/50 each month, water and sewage already included. If we are smart and efficient with the lights and air the power bill is an 'average' of $150-$180. I can order wifi service through At&t (unless you have a better idea or plan that can include the entire apartment) that is $60/month.
