Bedroom does come with a full-size bed (if desired), and has dark-out curtains now.-Friendly introverted working professionals (Nurses/Nurse Practitioners/Hotel Services) as roommate(s).-My downstairs basement is a fully built-out private apartment with its own kitchen and all, so that is rented to another friend who lives in their own world separated from the rest of the house.
