The house is located in a calm neighborhood, parks close by, near the highway to get you anywhere you want to go fast(10 minutes from downtown Denver, 9 minutes to old town Arvada, 15 minutes to Golden, 20 minutes to Boulder, and less than 20 minutes from the Red Rocks Amphitheater!)
