My current lease is ending soon, and since month-to-month rent is getting expensive, I’m hoping to find a roommate situation that helps make living in Portland more affordable, especially as I’ll be taking family leave at times to go back to Indiana to help care for my mom, so I may be splitting time between both places for a while. I do have a cat, Liddy. She’s a Bengal mix. Shes very sweet and affectionate, but she can play a little rough at times (we’re working on it). She would likely be with me when I travel unless we agree otherwise. A little about me: I love hiking, traveling, antique book collecting, music festivals, baking (I’m more of a baker than a cook, my girlfriend handles most of the cooking 😂), photography, and trying new things. I’m pretty adaptable and happy to establish shared expectations like chore charts or house agreements to keep things easy and drama free. As a nurse I would need the apartment party favor free.
