Huge front and back patios. All tenants have their own personal cabinets for dishes, food, etc; There are 2 refrigerators (2 tenants per refrigerator). Hot tub and huge firepit in the backyard, and the garage area is also currently under construction to be turned into a heated & ac workout room with workout equipment as well as a lounge area for when loud friends come over (lol).
