The unit has a full sized front load washer and dryer towards the front of the apartment and a spacious open concept kitchen/dining/living space equipped with an island that sits 3, a projector and an electric fireplace. You will also have full access to the amenities the apartment complex offers (gym, basketball court, pool, resident lounge, concierge service, courtyards, movie theater, Amazon lockers) - Utilities (water, gas, garbage pick-up, wifi) will be taken care of by me. The Electric will be split by in half when the bill comes out for the month. - Parking $/month (which is NOT included in the rent listed above): you will get an assigned parking spot in the below ground garage.
