It is a a great place for an upcoming or already Minnesota stat university students. I recently signed a 3 room lease and am looking for someone to take over my private room. The rooms are spacious with a walk in closet and its own bathroom! Unit includes a washer and dryer, dishwasher, updated kitchen, and everything else a normal place would have. You could either invite or find to friend to live with you, or they will find some for you. The community is super great and welcoming. They have great amenities, like indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, and more. There is always a lot in the community going on so it’s always a lot of fun. The lease term is from August 1st 2026- July 2027

It’s also on the top floor (second level, only two floors total).Location is super convenient — there’s a bus stop basically right outside and it’s about a minute walk to campus.One bedroom is noticeably bigger and has the half bathroom attached to it, so it works well if roommates want to split rent slightly differently or if one person wants a little more space.This is a full lease takeover (not a sublease) for next year.
