Hey. I’m looking to sublease my room at Atmosphere from about May through the end of July.It’s a balcony unit, and each resident has their own private bedroom and bathroom. My room is Room D, which is set farther from the living area, so it’s quieter and more private. The apartment is fully furnished bedrooms include a bed, dresser, and desk, and the living room has a couch, chair, and TV.Rent is $/month and covers all utilities (Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, etc.), plus there’s an in-unit washer and dryer. Two my roommates will definitely be moved out by then, and the third is likely planning to sublease as well. If you and a friend are looking for a place, this could be a great setup you’d basically have most of the apartment to yourselves.Atmosphere also has great amenities, including a gym, study rooms, outdoor spaces, and a hot tub.
