We are in the process of closing on a house and are looking for someone to take over our 2BR/2BA first-floor apartment (1170 sq. ft) at the Reserve at Greenwood in Greensboro in late May/early June. It's the Willougby layout on their . The apartment is very nice and has all laminate flooring (no carpet). The complex is well-maintained, in a good area, gated and includes a pool and gym. The management company is also very good/responsive. You would sign a full 12-month lease for the unit and would need to qualify for the apartment through the apartment company. We cannot commit to anything until the home closes at the end of April, but we wanted to let people know this could be an option. It will help us avoid a lease break fee.
