The apartment is located at Marine Drive and Cambie, about 20 minutes from downtown by transit. The SkyTrain (Marine Drive station) is roughly a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Rent is $1,200 per month, which includes all utilities, as well as a cleaning service—someone comes by every 3 weeks to clean the common areas and can also clean your room if you’d like. The apartment is shared with myself and one other roommate from Australia who also works from home.

It’s a sweet spot with a nice back porch, lots of greenery in the summer, a bike shed and a car port/covered outdoor work area. Laundry is in the basement and shared with the downstairs suite. Rent for the three upstairs rooms (pictures , plus a small washroom) is $ plus utilities and is probably best suited to a couple or someone wanting a room and office space as the rooms connect to each other.
