Only my wife and I currently living there. We work nights M-F. Room is furnished with a queen bed, small table, coffee table, couch, and 42" TV. Just bring a roku or firestick and your clothes and your good to go. Will need to get a mini fridge or small ref. If you have your own furniture we can clear the room for you. Brandon hwy 60 behind the Wal-Mart. Publix is about a 1.5 mile walk. Quiet neighborhood in great spot with lots of restaurants and such nearby.
