I am renting out one of the bedrooms in my home. This is essentially like renting out a home; I am not in this home many months of the year due to my work. This room can come furnished or unfurnished- your choice. This is a PRIVATE master suite with your own adjoined bathroom, in addition to your own small private kitchen with a fridge, sink, microwave, and coffee maker outside of your room. You are welcome to use the main kitchen as well, but the kitchen outside of the room is exclusively yours. It is truly JUST like an apartment- without the high cost. Further, adjoined to the living room is a beautiful outdoor deck to enjoy your coffee, read, etc. I travel for work often, so I will not rent to anyone or consider anyone who will not undergo a background check and provide references. The room is enormous with more than enough closest space (3 closets!) The suite is on the 2nd floor of the home. Rent does not include electric & water. 1 parking space in garage and high-speed internet is included in rent. NO smokers, drinkers, nor party people (roommate is a very hard-working scientist). I would prefer NO animals, however will consider a small dog or small cat. You will have all the benefits of the neighborhood available to you- and believe me, there are many: 3 pools, gym, tennis courts, golf course, walking paths, beautiful scenery. I have an extra bedroom available in N Dallas/ Plano/ Richardson - unfurnished or turn key. Bathroom is not attached but is private. Walk in closet, spacious and clean. Me? Mature man, I work outside the house- professional, clean, and pretty normal. Since I do not need the dining room any longer and all the computers, that room will be used for dining as intended, and other pictures were taken in a hurry and are not truly representative or the living spaces. There is a pool, indoor and outdoor basketball, workout room (very small) tennis courts, pickle ball, etc. and the overall location is prime! Ample parking

Everything is negotiable!.The master bedroom and large bathroom, with a large closet, will be the room that is available. The bed is a king size bed with a remote, so you can raise the head and the legs to a comfortable position. It also has a gravity setting. You will have access to the rest of the house. If you have family that wants to come visit that is great and we have extra guest rooms. My kitchen is complete with all of the latest conveniences. You will have off-street parking, but I don’t have enough room in the garage for two cars. Your spot in the driveway will always be yours and no one will be parked in it when you arrive home from wherever you may be. I am a senior woman who would prefer an older roommate, but one who doesn’t necessarily act like an old person, or even want to be an old person. LOL A younger person would not necessarily be a dealbreaker, though. I have two small pups, plus a dog sitting business. The only time there will be more than two dogs in the house is when I have other dogs that I am watching…which is almost daily. I only accept small dogs.They are rarely noisy, unless the doorbell rings. They are not under foot all the time. They will not be allowed in your room and I have them contained. They have a doggie door so they come in and out as they please. I seldom have visitors. Occasionally I will have someone over for a couple of hours in the evening. I will never have company of any kind without letting you know first, and never will a male stay overnight that isn’t someone in my family. I don’t drink a lot, but I enjoy an occasional drink. I have a good friend that comes over once in a while and we have a couple of drinks and maybe dinner. The room will be available sometime in May but, I’m not positive of the exact date. If you have to move sooner I have another room where you can stay. ‘I just want to live out the rest of my life drama and stress free…and in peace!
