There's a park just a 3 mins walk away as well for sunny days. The Burwood campus for Deakin is approx. 30 mins away by ptv. Bills excluded, split evenly whenever the notice comes, unless there's a large discrepancy because of personal use. No smokers or pets, please. Bond is 4 weeks' rent and minimum stay is 4 months. You'll need to give 2 weeks notice when you leave, but there's no maximum stay period. You'll have to sign an agreement when you move in and minor details can be negotiated.
