Located just a 5 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk to downtown Burbank with restaurants, shopping, theaters, and a great local diner around the corner. Available move in date: April 24th. Must sign lease before date and pay directly to management. One month’s rent ($1,275) security deposit will be required. The bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed, desk, shelves, and more, with a large mirrored closet and extra storage in the closet outside. The other bedroom has its own bathroom, so you will essentially have a private bathroom right outside your bedroom door. I’m 20 minutes from Hammond. Walmart, McDonald’s, Aldi, Rocky’s car wash is only 3 minutes away. It’s $460 a month thats rent besides splitting utilities.
