La quota non comprende utenze: luce, gas, internet, tari (pari circa in media a € mese ciascuno). La camera più piccola è attualmente occupata da me, ha il costo di €/mese comprensivo di spese condominiali escluse le utenze. Sono disposta a spostarmi io nella stanza più grande in base alle necessità. L’annuncio è rivolto a persone tranquille, pulite e rispettose degli spazi comuni, meglio se con precedenti esperienze di convivenza. Non si fuma in casa e non sono ammessi animali.
