We are renting out a private bedroom in our home near Converse. Zip code 78244. The bathroom would be shared with my adult daughter. Rent is $700/month (with an option to pay 500 if you contribute a couple hours per week of cleaning help). All utilities are included. We have a friendly dog and are open to pets.
