(Negotiable if there is another pet, no cats - we are sadly allergic.)About us : we are both in the food and beverage/tourist + hospitality industry in Bend and are active skiers and campers. We will be having friends take advantage of our mountain and would stay in our guest room. Your guests are more than welcome, too, as it is a shared space. Both of us are in our mid thirties, we usually stay at home after work and occasionally go out. We are big foodies so we occasionally like to host food parties.$/month for rent water/sewer/trash is flate rate $/month. We would split internet and electric.
