Hi, I’m in search of a roommate or couple in my bath duplex here in Bend, located by the Old Mill. Rent is $ for one person or $ for a couple +utilities. You would have your own bathroom, some garage space, and a backyard with in unit washer and dryer! I would prefer a female roommate, but I’m open to anyone. The lease starts in December for one year.
