Roommate wanted for House close to lake talquin on the leon county side. Its a 3 bedroom 1 bath house. You will have your on room and access to the entire house. I prefer and older gentleman or lady but I am flexible about the age. No smoking inside the house. I don't allow drugs of any kind but a social drinker is fine. I have an inside female dog so they need to get along. I have a large shed out back with a washer and dryer that you may use. Rent is $800.00 per month plus half the utilities. I require proof of income and 1st months rent plus an $800.00 deposit.
