Bringing a pet that is not registered as a service animal requires a pet deposit.UTILITIES: Gas and water are included in the rent, and electricity and internet are not included. The rent is due on the 1st of every month with no grace period. The lease is annual, but the complex allows you to have someone else take over your spot on the lease before it ends without it counting as a lease break.ALLOWED SUBSTANCES: Cannabis consumption is allowed inside of the apartment but not outside in or near the apartment complex. Tobacco consumption is allowed outside in the apartment complex but not inside the apartment. There is one parking spot for the entire apartment but I do not personally use it. It will be shared between you and the couple occupying the other smaller bedroom other than the one I am occupying. There is a 7-Eleven, Giant Pizza King, coffee shop, taco shop, and a farmer’s market that occurs every Wednesday that are within a short walking distance from the complex. Mission Gorge Rd is miles away and features a multitude of restaurants, stores, and other establishments, and also leads to the Santee Town Center.
