This is a bath apartment. This building complex does not allow smoking, or parties. There is a pool, jacuzzi near the apartment and a fireplace inside of the home. There is a patio, kitchen with dishwasher, heating, and air conditioning. The bedroom comes with a bed frame, adjustable in soft to hard mattress, dressers. As well as a bathroom not connected to the room in the hallway. My current roommate is moving out sometime in January and I’m looking to get familiar and make a friendship with someone before then.
