Pest control prevention is done every other month. It’s very important and effective in preventing spiders and scorpions from stepping foot near this property. We have a brand new air conditioner and solar panels keeping the house very comfortable and cool. Please be flexible about parking arrangements sometimes. Asking for 740$ due every month on the 1st. 500$ security deposit is due up front.
