The lease is for August !This 2 story townhome is in excellent condition located by Holleman Dr across the street from HEB. It is about a minute drive to Texas A&M campus, and it is on Bus ’s route. It has a large kitchen area, washer, drier, walk in closets, and a balcony. The apartment complex has really nice facilities including a pool, a gym, a game room, and study rooms with unlimited prints. Parking is free unless you wish to add a reserved parking spot to the lease plan.
