Hi, my name is John. I am a 27-year old professional. I am looking for a room to rent in Erie. My budget is $750 and I would like to move immediately.

My private little paradise is in a very quiet neighborhood on a golf course with amazing views of the mountains! You would have your own private, furnished bedroom and bathroom which is located in the finished basement. The basement also has an entertainment room that will be shared. You will have shared use of my kitchen, laundry room, living room with a cozy fireplace and outdoor porch area. There is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood with the possibility of parking in my driveway at times as well. The property is right down the street from King Soopers and right off Highway 7, so it is about a -minute drive to Denver and Boulder. It is about a -minute drive to DIA and Fort Collins.I am a single professional who works 3 days a week and during those days I am gone from pm. I have a -year-old son who is with me % of the time. Other days…especially in the winter I am off playing in the mountains, so my home is very quiet and comfortable and perfect for grad students or anyone looking for some serenity.
