Hey ya’ll! I’m a casting director and I’m newish to Long Beach! I❤️LB! I’m looking for a space over 500 sq feet preferably or a large room with house privileges, in a good school district for my toddler and I. I have my own furniture but could use yours or get a storage, whatever’s clever. I only have my almost 4 year old 50% of the time currently and she’s in preschool when I’m working. We stay to ourselves and are usually not home but are very friendly and easy to get along with.

I work Full time Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-10:30pm. Currently commute from Palmdale to Hollywood area. I’m tired of the two hours it takes me to get home. I get home 1:40-2 am and then have to wake up at 7am to take the 9 am train from Palmdale to make it to La at 11am to be at [REDACTED]’s exhausting …. Just looking for something safe for myself, I’m quite clean and a gamer. I don’t have a car so i commute by train (metro)
