I work full time for a non-profit in downtown Baltimore and I would be super excited to be within walking distance of the Harbor East area. I don't drink or do drugs, but I'm not offended by the presence of those who do with some semblance of moderation. I'm quiet around the home, clean and mostly tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
