You’d have use of the kitchen, living areas, fenced backyard, and some extra basement storage. The house has hardwood floors, central heat and AC, and off-street parking. I also have a sweet 7-year-old Husky/Lab mix who lives here, so you definitely need to be comfortable living with a dog. The location is really convenient for getting around Denver, with easy access to I-70, the Highlands, Tennyson Street, Sloan’s Lake, and downtown. It’s also easy to head west toward the mountains. I’m looking for the right fit more than anything. Someone responsible, respectful, and easygoing who is comfortable sharing a home while also having their own space and independence. There are two rooms available, one is a large room with a private bathroom ($1350) another is a smaller room with a private bathroom but the shower is shared with one other roommate ($1225).Jake and I grew up friends, so the house has much more of a friend vibe who like to hangout rather than roommates who just pass by and barely talk. We are looking to find people who are looking for more of that dynamic than just strictly roommates. We both are fairly active people who are in and out of the house often, but also don't mind all getting together on the couch to watch a movie or sporting event. We all grew up in Colorado so every once in a while we have other friends passing through town or come to town for the weekend who stay with us, this of course would be available to a new roommates set of friends as well.
