I’m looking for a fully employed renter in my home. Monthly rent is $950. This includes all utilities: water/ waste, electricity, gas, WiFi.. Amenities: spacious and gorgeous backyard, nice park down the street, quiet and gated community, shopping about 10 min from here, laundry room, good storage in pantry and fridge, nice breakfast nook, I-25 and 599 freeways just minutes away. I’m looking for a person that is employed and has rented before and aware of what is involved in sharing a home. Peace, tranquility and quiet are important to me and look for the same in a renter.

The available room comes with its own bedroom, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and an additional storage closet, so you’ll have plenty of your own space. I have two cats and one dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with pets. I like to keep the apartment clean and organized, and I’m looking for someone who will help maintain a tidy living environment. On weekends, the apartment can be a little more active since I enjoy having friends over, and I occasionally have guests spend the night. During the week, things are generally much quieter. I’m looking for a respectful, responsible roommate who is comfortable with a social atmosphere but also values personal space and communication.

Furnished would include a queen bed, dresser, box fan if wanted, and 55inch tv mounted on wall.We are a home full of fun people but also know when we want to be introverts. I am 26 years old attending UNM to complete my PhD and I live in the master with my fiance who works on base. Our other roommates consist of a 32 years old female engineer at Intel, and a 34 year old female media coordinator specialist.We have 3 dogs but they are very well behaved and stay out of the way: either out side or in my room.
