I’m looking for another roommate to share a 3BR house in the Gracy Woods area of North Austin with 2 current roommates. The house is close to the Domain and numerous hiking and biking trails. House has off-street parking and a great, responsive landlord. Your space would include one of the upstairs bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Common areas include the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Utilities include gas heat, central A/C, electric, fiber, and washer/dryer. Rent is $850 a month plus utilities. The house is in a gated 55 plus resort community. The room has a queen size bed, chester drawers, and a night stand. The bathroom is shared with guest (there are rarely guest). The common are is a living room, dining room, and kitchen. All utilities are include. Also, WiFi is included. This is a resort community so, there are lots of activities between November every year. There is a recreation center with a swimming pool and a hot tub. Some of the activities are twice a month concerts/dances, cook outs weekly, cards daily, horse shoes, shuffle board, daily pickle ball Monday thru Saturday, bowling weekly and other activities. I am a retired geologist/geophysicist. I like to watch TV, movies, eat out, go to the beach (that happens rarely), and listen to live music. Rent $600 per month and a $ 300 deposit.

Looking to rent extra room in 2 bd/2ba apartment. You will also have your own bathroom. Apartment has an amazing location right on the corner of Washington and Heights Blvd, directly behind HEB and adjacent to Spotts Park and Buffalo Bayou. Complex also has great amenities. Solid gym and the best pool in the area. Large pool with four 25m lanes. You can’t ask for a better location. Great walkable restaurants and bars. Easy freeway access, centrally located in the loop.
