Spare guest room and a conjoined crafting room we are currently setting up for any artistic project! Decor around the house is described as witchy, modern and matriarchal. We are located on a safe street with single family homes surrounding in North Delridge area of West Seattle. Perfectly located 2 minutes from the bridge! We can be described as liberal, funny, hard working, respectful and responsible people who love the arts. Both of us work in logistics and are steady and reliable with rent and bills. Standard utilities are included in rent, but we do to be conscientious of energy waste and general garbage waste. We keep normal schedules during the work week and enjoy having close friends over from time to time. We do our own yard work and have ample tools to accomplish so many different goals around the house! We have drills, pressure washers, weed whackers, shovels, Dyson vacuum cleaner, energy efficient washer and dryer, dishwasher, pretty much anything needed to make everything easier! Ask us anything. Room: large window, good view, has room-specific heater, large closet, dimensions are 12.5ft x 9ft and the closet dimensions are 12.5ft x 2ft. Both are roughly 7.5ft to the ceiling. Apartment itself is mostly furnished, but the room will not be.
