I have a furnished nice size room (12x10) in Sandy Springs with queen size bed, chest of drawers, desk, 1 night stand, 3 lamps and unshared bathroom directly across hall and only used by room renter. The apartment has wifi, full kitchen, microwave, and washer & dryer, which renter is welcome to use. Rent $785/ month. Utilities (electricity, water, internet) are about $220 total and are shared 50/50. I have teenage daughters who come for weekly meals and monthly weekends. They use my bathroom when they visit.
