Hello, I am looking for a roommate to move into a 2 bedroom apartment at Westminster Row. Currently living in a studio at westminster row but would like to cut down rent a little. I love the complex and area surrounding, so instead of moving I am trying to transfer to a 2 bed. The earliest move in date would be July 8.

Looking for a female or couples for our downstairs basement. Private room, own downstairs living space and private bathroom. Only shared space with us would be the large backyard and patio, laundry room and kitchen. We do have a roommate who rents one of the rooms downstairs but she is rarely home. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, mentally stable, quiet on weekdays and who is open to living with kids as we do have kids. We also have a dog and a cat. Animals and kids will not go downstairs besides the cat because his litter box is in the laundry room.

Looking for 2 roommates to move into our 5 bedroom house in North Golden, Co. All three roommates set up for the next lease are Mines students (2 seniors, 1 junior) and Mines or RRCC students are preferred. Each room is private with 2 rooms available upstairs and 1 downstairs (1 roommate has not picked a room yet). House is about a 5 minute drive from Mines campus with OreCart stops within 1 block.
