The carpet is Ugly but the House and Property is to die for ❤️. This is a room in the upstairs attic of my home with a full stair case walk up that was built in. I’m also open to someone who would like a reduced rent for doing some work around here, but it has to be a knowledgeable carpenter. All Utilities are included including internet. It is furnished with a twin size bed (new sheets and comforter set), night stand, dresser and smart tv. We will be bringing a small couch in as well. The bathroom will be shared.
