I have one furnished bedroom available. Rent is month to month in order to allow freedom and flexibility for life's ever changing circumstances. Life is always changing with good times, bad times, new opportunities and so on. Having a month to month situation and freedom makes more sense. This also means if you need to leave for any reason, you do not have to give or wait for a 30 day notice. Likewise, if I need you to leave for any reason, please be drama free about it.
