It is a 3-story unit and includes a fully furnished, shared kitchen and living room with washer and dryer. Her bedroom is on the second floor. It is a 15 minute walk to campus with a Beaver Bus stop at entrance to the complex. The complex has lots of great amenities including a fitness center, racquetball court, pool and sauna.
