San Fernando Velley, 10 min from LAVC, 15 minutes from CSUN, work all day, rarely home, particularly clean, great with tech, can cook to survive… mostly.. I don’t see the point in moving anymore, I have it good here. Great amenities, fair cost and great location for work. I’m open minded to sharing the space.. any inquiries for me to hit me up. I don’t check the app very much so I can’t guarantee a speedy reply. And the unit is in the van Nuys area. The property is gated and there is security overnight, I have an additional parking spot at the moment, I’m very flexible with the rent cost, depending on how much space you want to occupy. It could be a lot less if you want to sleep in the living room. You’re gonna pay the lion Share if you need the bedroom. Or we can just do two beds in the bedroom and keep the living room like a civil area for production, living and split rent down the middle. I’m just almost never home, seems silly to spend what I’m spending on rent for just myself when the place is usually empty. Looking for another like-minded person who gets it.. no rush on my part. My whole adult life I’ve only lived with females, about 10 years ago it was me and girls, a few years before that it was me and between two and 10 girls staying in the same spot. So I honestly have a preference to females because the one time a guy lived with us. Sherman oaks location in near to Ventura blvd that has bars/plazas, restaurants and entertainment and 10-15 minutes away from Weho. The area here is great if you like spending time outside walking/jogging. I have been here for 7 years now and the location has always been good to me. The gym is about 5-10 minutes away by car. The mall is also about 5 minutes away by car. Parks are walking distance. Great location and great price for the clean/fun area.
