$750 per month per tenant. Tenant must be older than 18. Tenant must not need any care. This room is in a 5 bedroom house. Currently, the only person living there is me, the owner, so you get to choose which room you want. I just purchased the house and plan on doing renovations.The house is on 3 acres with a barn and a three car garage. For an additional $50 a month, you can use one of the garage spaces.
