Walking distance to bus stop. This Mid Century open concept-styled house has a freshly renovated kitchen, hardwood floors throughout and internet is provided. Pet’s not allowed. Utilities are included. The house is located a block from Lynndale Park, a twenty two acre multi-use park. I'm looking for someone to stay at least 6 months or longer, but the rental agreement is month to month. Single Person Only. Background check and employment verification is required. I have a cat and a dog and cannot accommodate additional pets. They are friendly and may try to charm you for food. Dog is very excited when he meets someone for the first time, and when you come home. I live a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy cooking, reading, gardening, yoga and Pilates. My job keeps me busy in the corporate world, Monday to Friday. I am early to bed and early to rise, any late night folks probably wouldn’t work. Communication is essential. Amazing location, minutes from Fred Meyer, Trader Joe's, tons of great restaurants, and more. minutes from the beach, lots of trails and parks nearby as well, some walking distance. 3 minutes from Edmonds College. Near I-5. Public transit nearby as well. The area: Very safe, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views of the mountains and landscape from the house. Upscale house, new furniture, fully furnished, beautiful space. Upstairs there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2nd dining area, and living room. We have all the utensils and cooking tools you need to prepare food (oven, microwave, rice cooker, slow cooker, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc). There is a large lounge downstairs.
